Adoptable Animals

To fill out an adoption application, click here. To learn more about adopting, check out our adoption process page.

Our available animals are likely highly limited. This is because we can only help animals that we know we have a good chance of being able to find homes for. Filling out an application allows us to better evaluate the animals we are able to help since knowing the potential available homes enables us to determine which at-risk dogs we can say YES to!

We encourage you to fill out an application so we can keep you in mind as we consider future intakes. Also, please note that we prioritize adopters who are willing to trust our process and let us provide the best match temperament-wise for their home. While we may consider requests for certain ages/sizes/genders, we've found that prioritizing a solid temperament match ensures the highest likelihood of success for both you and your newly adopted pet.

Zac

Zac is 13-month-old Airedale Terrier/Hound mix. He is completely blind but is learning to navigate the world so well! After spending the first 7 months of his life living as a stray with his mom and dad in the mountains of Kauai, he is shy and will need a patient home willing to build his confidence. He also needs a dog friend in his home to be his "seeing eye dog" as he LOVES other dogs!

Gracie is available for adoption to families in Orange County only. Little Gracie is a 2 year old poodle mix. She is VERY shy and needs a patient home willing to help her build her confidence. We are not recommending her to homes with children.

Rosie

Rosie is available for adoption to families in Orange County only. Rosie is a 68lbs, very tall golden retriever/labrador retriever mix. She is high energy and would do best in an active home that can get her plenty of exercise.

Hannah (bonded with Joe)

In partnership with Kauai Animal Welfare Society, meet Hannah (bonded with Joe)! Hannah is 6 and a Vizsla mix who is available for adoption anywhere on the West Coast. She like other dogs as long as they aren't too pushy. Hanna and Joe must be adopted together and are currently residing on Kauai. They hope to find their forever home here in California. If you are interested in learning more about adopting them through our partnership with Kauai Animal Welfare Society, please contact us.

Hina

In partnership with Kauai Animal Welfare Society, meet 6-year-old Hina! Hina is a social butterfly with energy to spare and is available for adoption anywhere on the West Coast. She'd love an active home that has bully-breed experience and can provide her with structure and lots of exercise. She'd be best in a home where she can shine as the only pet. Hina is currently residing on Kauai. If you are interested in learning more about adopting Hina, please contact us.
